We found the service and staff to be above and beyond. We aren't local. We were traveling from Saraso
ta, Fl to Virginia. Going down the highway all of the sudden, the car slowed down and the check engine light started flashing. We found Hyundai of Orange Park not far off the highway and went in looking for help. It turns out that the dealership was under water trying to catch up after having been down due to a cyber attack on their system. We spoke to the service manager (Sherman Cooper), explained our situation and asked if there was anyway he could get us on our way the same day. He not only got us out the same day, he asked his mechanic to work past closing to get it done. Though we had to wait several hours, it was to be expected due to the overwhelming workload they had. The staff checked on us regularly. The waiting area was stocked with snacks, coffee and water. It was the very best we could have hoped for under the circumstances. Our gratitude to Mr. Cooper and his staff. They're amazing.

I went on January1,2025 to look at a specific preowned vehicle that I’d seen online.
Xavier was out
to meet us right away. Very pleasant and helpful. Professional demeanor. No pressure. Answered all my questions in a non patronizing way. Showed me features about the car that I was not familiar with. It took a few minutes for me to decide (because this is a major purchase), he allowed me time to think about it without feeling rushed at all. I was also offered a price for my trade in that was more than fair. When I made the decision to buy we went to his office, signed some forms, met with the finance director who was also very kind and patient, explaining everything carefully. He also offered a discount on the extended warranty. It took just a very little amount of time. While we were in the office they filled the car with gas and detailed. Which was no small task because they were short staffed due to it being a holiday. So, moments after the business was taken care of, I was driving away in my new car. The whole experience could not have been better.

n re: trading in my 2021 and leasing a 2025. They were very respectful and patient and worked with me to understand where I was coming from and then helped me make the best decision for myself. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed but rather enjoyed my conversations and banter with them.
In addition the Finance guy, Rich, was also very engaging and didn’t talk down to me and explained in great detail what my options were (I tend to feel frustrated and uncomfortable in these scenarios when someone is trying to sell me something I may not want). All in all everyone at Castle that I dealt with had good energy and gave me the time and space to come to my own decision.
