nspection and a recall, my service advisor was LaTanya “LT” Park she was excellent very knowledgeable & polite kept me informed of progress, I was able to watch the technician through a glass window in the waiting area he was very conscientious he did an excellent job servicing my car, the waiting area was very clean, well stocked with coffee snacks and bottled water.
