ers concerns item would be 100% under warranty. Interesting note, the dealer where we purchased the vehicle flat out told us a shopping cart can make these sensors fail & since our car has a chip in the front bumper, sensor must have failed do to impact of some kind, A CHIP

My wife and I have leased 5 vehicles from Prestige since 2017, most recently a 2023 Tucson last week,
and have been reasonably satisfied with this dealership. The biggest downside is that it can be very difficult to reach a real person by phone, other than the Service Dept, after the sale is completed.
THE REALLY BRIGHT SPOT is CHRIS HALL, the salesman who has handled all of our transactions! He's very straight-forward, has integrity, and listens to our needs and makes appropriate recommendations. (Their sales reps are salaried rather than commissioned, so there's no pressure on them to upsell, which is refreshing!) Chris is the reason we keep returning to Prestige. Without him, in our opinion, Prestige would just be another car dealership.
