ger get into because of my knees. Hyundai of Elcajon California Helped me get out of the truck and into the car that I wanted. That was lower to the ground. There were so understanding very attentive to what I needs were very polite. Very straightforward Not only that, but I also bring my wife's UV here. And I've always been treated the same way it doesn't matter if you're on the sale side, if you're on the service side, even just somebody walking by. They treat you with absolute respect and ask if you need something. Even the management had at one point.Came by and asked if my wife and I needed anything when we were sitting in the lobby. I am truly disappointed with the Hyundai Corporation and the way they are handling this situation wit
h my car. It has been taken in twice for oil a consumption problem with no visible leaks or reasons. They took it through an oil consumption test as directed by factory the first time. Less than three thousand miles later there were four quarts missing again. The only thing the Corporation would do, was change the oil again as well as a new filter again. But no one is able to tell us where the oil is going. I'm wanting to drive the car very far as I don't believe it is fixed by just an oil change. I appreciate the staff at Gates but the process to fix my problem is very disappointing and discussing!

Great experience taking my ‘17 Elantra in for a check engine light. They called within an hour of dro
pping it off, explaining the repairs needed and told me the cost. My vehicle was ready in the next hour and the service tech gave me a tip to keep my car running well. When I picked up my vehicle thee cashier (even the sales people) were just as friendly. Awesome team members and great customer service at this dealership.

a Cruz. Chris made the experience so perfect. This was the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. And the business manager was amazing. He was not high pressure, explained everything they had to offer and was very detailed in his approach. If you need a vehicle you need to consider Tarr for your supplier. Chris was overwhelming. Just did a tremendous job making me feel comfortable. I have some health issues and he was very sensitive to that. That was appreciated so much. Contact Chris for your next vehicle purchase.
