Scheduled an appt. For our Genesis G80 to be serviced for a recall. Told the service dept. on the phone the make, model, and year of the car. Brought the car to the dealership (which is an hour and 15 min drive one way) only to be told they couldn’t find our VIN number in their system. Wasted trip and a phone call with the service manager, Joey, offered not resolution or even the gas we were out for the trip. We have always brought our Hyundais to this dealership. And have always been well treated. This is our last trip and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who needs service on their car.

Uninspired cars sold to you
My suggestion...DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE at this dealership.
We purchased a used vehicle from them, they did not inspect it and let us drive the vehicle 2 hours home with a BROKEN FRAME. They also did not disclose the accident it had prior to our purchase. When we confronted them after they attempted to right what was wrong. They instructed us to get an Attorney if we were not satisfied!
Are you serious?
Please do not purchase a used vehicle from here, your safety is more important than the dealer making a quick sale.

Oil consumption problem and a no fix!
I am truly disappointed with the Hyundai Corporation and the way they are handling this situation with my car. It has been taken in twice for oil a consumption problem with no visible leaks or reasons. They took it through an oil consumption test as directed by factory the first time. Less than three thousand miles later there were four quarts missing again. The only thing the Corporation would do, was change the oil again as well as a new filter again. But no one is able to tell us where the oil is going. I'm wanting to drive the car very far as I don't believe it is fixed by just an oil change. I appreciate the staff at Gates but the process to fix my problem is very disappointing and discussing!

Very Disappointed
I took my car in for repairs. Over $500 spent for repairs and two days later the same issue. Cant get my car back in to be looked at until 4/12 but it was repaired on 3/28. Was also told by service manager that all customers are charged a $40 shop fee for towels, water and lubrication. Very disappointed and stuck here until the repair is completed.

Great Service
Gates service department diagnosed and fixed my issue in the same day. I was shocked when I was notified to pick it up. Expected to have to wait while parts arrived and they repaired other cars ahead of mine. I highly recommend their service department. Billy and Danielle were great.

Way too expensive for oil change
The price was way too expensive for an oil change and was not informed of the increase prior to my service. Website price when scheduled eas to be 39.95 however it was 72.95 due to increased labor? Wow. And no sticker provider for future service to be done on my car. Very very disappointed

Superb Service with Excellence
Recently a recall on my 2017 Tucson necessitated a new engine. The work was completed as fast as possible! Now I have my car back and is is running well. The service department is very helpful, especially Danielle! My wife and I grateful for her gracious professionalism!! We just purchased a new Santa Cruz, and the service department is the main reason we will not go anywhere else!! They even brought the car to me and p/u the loaner I had been driving!!
