ly by texting. However, Nicho provided excellent customer service. It was the most complete explanation of what they found wrong, and they helped us prioritize services needed. They were extremely detail oriented, understanding of special circumstances and provided great mechanical services. Their written estimate and invoice was the best, most detailed write up, of what was needed and why, listed priority tasks and why needed in that ordered and included a future list of what they recommended be done and why. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them. They were very accommodating regarding pick up as well.

He found items during the inspection that he identified but did not try to upsell and provided recommendations on if they could wait or if repair was required. It was a quick turnaround. Daughter in college had weird sound when braking, she lives in another city than I do. Scottsdale Pr
o Tech was recommended. She called up and they were able to look at the car the same day. The tech was friendly and listened to her and they were able to reproduce the sound. Put it on a lift and the car will need new rotors and pads soon. Gave price estimate which was fair. Did not try to hard sell her that it needed to be done right now, but very soon. She had a very positive experience and will go back for future car issues. Thanks, her dad.
