My car randomly overheated on the highway a couple weeks ago. I had it towed home and suspected the c
oolant reservoir of having a leak, but I wasn't sure. I brought it into J&E on Wednesday morning. Their lot was completely filled with cars, which made me nervous about the turnaround time. I got a call that night to tell me that it was the coolant reservoir, maybe something else too, but they had ordered the part. I didn't ask how long it would take, so imagine my surprise when Thursday evening I got a call saying it was ready for pickup and that the reservoir was the only issue.
The price was reasonable, the service was extremely fast, and while I hope my car lives forever without any problems, should one crop up, I'm bringing it to J&E.

Eighteen year old truck is not service from the Dealer I bought the truck from. I came to Caliber as
a referral. This truck use to get me to and from work, now it sits in front waiting to go to Jack in the Box. Time snuke up on her . A list of things had gone wrong, but still I needed that truck to still perform like when I bought new. Still need that dependability. Caliber came through and made all the problems go away.
