Bill at Top Notch is a rare find. Capable of working on everything from small gas engines up to truck
diesels and farm tractors as well! He is honest, affordable, and I hope a positive review doesn’t get him too backed up for me to bring my next problem to him. Highly recommend. I am now swearing off having any work done at any dealership- auto or OHRV- now that I have found a truly qualified independent mechanic.
