We had a surprise problem and had to tow car in to Gibney's.for repair. Alex quickly diagnosed the pr
oblem, helped get the car freed up from the tow truck, and fixed it. While it was in the shop, we asked him to go through "front to back" and check for any other issues. Normally, you wouldn't do this with a repair shop, as many.see it as a ticket builder. Alex just found what needed to be fixed, and nothing more.
