I have absolutely nothing to offer but high praise! I called Star Auto and Joey (and team) this morn
ing and they know their customers. I needed a headlight (and while there an oil change) and It was all completed within three hours of my first call including getting the light for my wonderful (but old Lexus) installing it and changing my oil. Do not fret about car service...just choose Star Auto on Airline Hwy in Metairie...being able to trust a team of mechanics and an auto service is priceless !

I bought a Cadillac ATS from Carmax that had the infamous Cadillac shudder, so while under warranty,
I took it back to Carmax for them to have the repair done. They sent it out to Dennis automotive and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. John explained everything that would be done to my car in great detail, and made me very confident in the servicing they would provide. Everyone there was very polite and eager to help and since picking my car up yesterday I’ve had zero issues with it. They fixed the shuddering issue, as well as a bad actuator affecting the defrost/AC, etc. I cannot recommend them more highly. In fact, even though I live 60 miles away or thereabouts, I will probably, if possible, use them for future repairs, should I need them.
