lt being replaced. He was very helpful and respectful unlike the staff over at Bellevue Honda. My seat belt was replaced in a timely manner, even when I missed my appointment. Andrey took care of my shuttle service without a hitch. The staff over at the parts department also were very helpful. Last thing I want to mention is that the place was very clean and spotless. I would definitely go back for my parts and service needs.

Called Skyline the day before taking my car in. During the phone call I was informed of the diagnosti
c procedure to figure out why the air conditioning was no longer working. Dropped the vehicle off at 8:30am the next day and received a call back at 12:00. Everything was explained on the phone and then given to me in written form when I picked the car up. The whole experience was handled expertly and was very informative. Planning to bring a 2nd car in next week for a check up.
