I was well pleased with the service but not the price it was more than I had planned for and had the funds really to use for and that's not all their fault but it just put a damper on everything for me

ls, Lisa! She made sure I got a loaner, made sure the problem with my cars A/C not working was noticed and fixed, and made sure to update me along the way. I haven’t received an email to give her a rating, but 10/10 for Lisa, she deserves a raise!

I have been going to Master Tech since 2012. They have serviced both of my Volvos a 2006 V50 and a 2
007 S40. All these years that I have gone to them if they tell me something is wrong. I can trust Wes where I don't have to keep bringing the car back. I don't take my cars anywhere else because I know I will get excellent service at Master Tech.

to me in detail so I knew exactly what was going on. I was updated every couple days.
They took me to pick up a rental car AND drop it off. Great customer service guys!!
