I went in to get information about getting my trucks AC fixed. I was informed my truck doesn’t have
a filter in the dash like MicroImports told me it did. It would only cost me between $250 and $500. Mark showed me on the computer that my truck does not have a filter in the dash for the AC. I waited two years (saving money and almost dying in the heat) before I decided to have Griffith automotive look at my truck. MicroImports told me it would be $1300-$2000 (filter replaced) and if they cracked my dash it would be possibly another $1000.00. I saved my money. Decided to go to Griffith automotive because I heard about it on 790 (Garrett Lewis) radio station. And a couple other people suggested Griffith. So I gave them a try. It only cost me $476. They even showed me pictures of the screen that was blocked not a filter, it took them three hours to clean out the screen and then showed me a picture after it was cleaned. They did an absolute wonderful wonderful job. I will start taking my truck to these people from now on. I have been going to MicroImports since 1999. I will no longer go there. Griffith automotive is the place that I will go to from now on. I have recommend and passed out their cards on many people. no They saved me a minimum of $700 up to $2000. A minimum of $700! They clearly explain-and show you on the computer – and pointed it out to you in person. I waited a little bit after the repair to make sure the AC is working great in my truck.still is❗️ I now smile when I drive. I don’t mind going anywhere in the afternoon in Tucson anymore

I purchased my car approx 18 months ago. At the time the dealership service department was being reno
vated and some personel changes were taking place. On my 1st service I experienced some issues with service advisors and a bit of a mess in my engine bay. I had to schedule a follow up to get tge car re-serviced. A loaner was provided but it wasnt very clean, my advisor seemed clueless. I demanded to see the service manager. We spoke and come to find out he was just recently brought over from another Jim Click dealership to help organize the service team. He took charge - made things right and the most recent visit was my third - and the entire staff was on top of things. Service advisor greeted me we discussed my needs, he verified things were lined up to get them done, vehicle was washed for me, i checked under the hood and the car was spotless. I also want to note that every time ive visited, the housekeeper is on top of things - always busy working.. its great to see that having been a maintenance manager myself. I saw the new Service Manager , he invited me to his office to discuss my service- which was superior from start to finish. It is apparent that leadership makes all the difference. Staff is well trained in servicing the customer. Yes I am impressed with the change thats taken place at Jim Clock Hyundai Eastside.

Got my tire fixed and oil changed. My two kids age 2 and 5 were with me. Office staff was super kind,
offered the kids candy. They had it all done in less than an hour and very fair price. Plan to use them to regularly service my car.
