My friend referred me to Detroit Muffler and Brake and insisted that I speak with Tay regarding my ca
talytic converter that had suddenly started dragging the street. He assured me that he’s been to the shop several times and had always had amazing service and was never disappointed. I made the call and scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 8am. I arrived at 8:20 and Tay and his team were very friendly and efficient. They showed me what was damaged and offered two options for repair and even suggestions for payment plans if needed.
Everything was upfront, no hidden fees, nothing was added on at the last minute. I was informed it would take about two hours to complete. At 9:35am the repair was finished!!! They showed me what was replaced and that they added some mounts at no charge.
These gentleman were professionalism at its finest. Honest, fair, respectful, and helpful. I appreciate their time and effort in repairing my vehicle! They definitely have a repeat customer in me!!!! Thank you sooooooo much!

I took my car in for repair on a Monday due to a rear fender-bender and was told it would be ready on
that Friday. Gatlin White was extremely professional from the onset with the original estimate and then assuring me the car would be ready by Thursday. I was in my car Wednesday afternoon! Everything looks fantastic and they detailed my car too!! From the service, repair, to the ease of a car rental onsite, I would most definitely recommend Momentum BMW! oth times, it was awesome (and highly recommend) working with Jackson Clemmons and the front desk. They keep you posted with updates regularly. I am also grateful for the guidance provided by Jackson Clemmons on how to go about the repairs and work with the insurance since it was the first time dealing with such situations for me both times. The quality of repair is excellent since they use only Suburu certified parts. The shop also has a tie up with Enterprise car rental across the street, which makes it convenient to setup a car rental on dropping off the car. They work best with Progressive insurance as of 2024, not sure of other insurances. Please call and check. If you are a Subaru owner, you can blindly rely on them for your repairs end to end. The only problem I have faced is the lack of appointments for estimates and repairs, but I see that as an issue with many body shops.
