My Genesis G80 is almost 8 years old and has seen its share of parking lots scrapes and misjudgments,
the bumper cover and wheels taking the hardest hits over its short 60K mile city life. One recent parking lot curb scrape pulled the cover loose and broke some attachment pins, so I filed a claim.
Heritage promised 8 days, for bumper cover replacement and repaint, trim work, and separately, a B-pillar door fascia repair and alloy wheel refurbishment. They got it done in less time than I had planned and it looks FANTASTIC--like new.
Their wheel reconditioning person refurbished my badly scraped alloy wheels, all suffering from major "curb rash." They look showroom new as well. (Before and after of the left side wheels shown here)
Isaac was easy to work with, tussled with my insurer a bit on the estimate to get OEM parts, offered great communication by email and text, coordinated with Enterprise for my rental and Heritage even cleaned, vacuumed and detailed the car on return.
