Excellent, comfortable SUV

We own two kind us before of them both this time around we leased a Kona and a Tucson. The biggest difference I can say is to Tucson has so much more room and on a 10 hour trip. It was one of the most comfortable rods I’ve ever had. My only complaint is the speedometer is too far to the left. I wish It was on the right where it used to be.

Crappy as per USUAL with a Hyundai

When you buy a “New” vehicle you don’t expect to have transmission jerking and a BAD alignment much less to have your dealer try to blame it on pot holes??? This was the second vehicle both 2025 I had this problem with, never again will I buy Hyundai vehicles. Never again!

2025 Tucson

Coming out of a Sonata and wanted to upgrade to a SUV. Because of my experience with the Sonata (175K miles), I stayed in the Hyundai family. Initially wanted a Santa Fe, but do not like the new body style. Looks to much like a Range Rover. So shifted to the Tucson, which has the same features I was look for - namely: CarPlay, panoramic sun roof, premium sound system, and leather seats. In my advanced age, lowering into a vehicle was becoming harder. So, the height of the Tucson was perfect - once the side steps were added. Have only owned the SUV for four (4) months, so this review may need to be updated. Thus, the reason for the four (4) star rating.

Very Good but not great !

-the speed control is difficult to use ! -the panel for the A/C, etc is not lit up ! Hard to see in daylight wearing sunglasses. -when the passenger side widows are open the noise the wind makes is very loud. -would prefer the radio control be on the left side of the steering wheel- not the right! -after closing the trunk I have driven away with it open ! It went down then up and I didn’t notice. -the windows are still difficult to put in the right position! -

Love my new Hyundai Tuscon

The vehicle has beautiful lines and features. On the exterior the rims are top of the line. On the interior the cabin is spacious and the large screen gives it an elegant look. I love all the automated features, brake hold, steering assist, auto wipers. I find my Tucson gives me the same look and feel of the far more expensive Genesis.

Love the car but the "automated safety features" have almost caused 2 accidents. Other than that and the horrible cruise control, I love it.

The Tuscon is a nice car, but not all I hoped it would be.

I like the size of this vehicle, and it is fairly comfortable. What I don't like is the transmission. It doesn't shift smoothly and feels jerky as I accelerate. I also don't like the light and buzzer that comes on about 20 times per trip saying, "Consider taking a break." I would understand if I was driving erratically, but I'm not. It doesn't matter if it is a calm day driving straight ahead at 70 MPH or if it's a very windy day when the car is being buffeted somewhat, that sensor goes off multiple times. It is VERY annoying and distracting. Note that this vehicle only has two cup holders that front passengers can access. If you want to pop an old cup in the back, you can't reach the cup holders in the back seat pull down. It does not get good fuel mileage, either. There is a phone charging area, but it does not work for me. At this point, I really like driving my 2017 KIA van with 130,000 miles better than this new Tuscon.
