Don’t buy it

I had a bad experience in dealing with Hyundai motors when I have a problem in my car engine and need to be replaced they gave me hard times to get a replaced car and to replace and there response was poor and delay and I had to rent a car for long time and till now my car issue not yet solve despite I m in the worranty.my review I don’t support hyuandi as a reliable company and Tuscan is a dependent car and look for Japanese car more reliable and trustable company

I wish I hadn’t traded.My Taos was more car for less money.If I am by a VW dealer I will see if I can trade this lemon in.my salesperson is good .I made several trips to dealer for a lesson .It is NOT my phone

Tuscan, very poor comfort and usability, noisy, poor mileage.

This car looks nice, interior is comfortable, but that's about it. Car has a lot of electrical problems, does not ride well, has a lot of road noise, gets poor gas mileage, and safety driving features are more dangerous than good.

Simply don’t buy one

If you loved Tucsons before and thought you were getting an upgraded edition of a good vehicle….be warned Hyundai went in reverse. Nothing is better than previous models, only the touch screen that is not intuitive.

Not Happy with Tuscon!!!

Not happy with this Tucson I had a Santa Fe Limited and I love it but it was a lemon it broke down brand new I only had it for months so I trade it for this Tucson but NOT happy very disappointed and dissatisfied !! I wish I could have kept my Santa Fe . I think next car I’m going to another car dealer that can help me whe I have problems with my car !! Thank you

Unreliable

Purchased a new Tucson in Feb. 2025. On April 17 took vehicle to the dealership because of a pop up on the screen that said “ Check user authentication system”. The pop up would not disappear. Spent over 2 hours at dealership, during which they reset body domain module and said message disappeared. Before getting into the Tucson , the message appeared again. I told them while researching the message other owners said to disconnect the battery and reconnect it again. Message disappeared, but less than 2 wks. later message appeared again. There should be a recall of this problem!!! I now have to take the Tucson back to the dealer and be without a vehicle until they find a solution. Don’t know if that will solve the problem!

HATE all the AI crap!! Don"t need the car to tell me how to drive!!!!! OR TO DO SO AUTOMATICALLY!!! No programmability for garage door opener==No remote outside mirrors fold in==no overhead storage==No trip meters==not enough storage space. Sorry I ever bought this car.

Not a bad vehicle but the layout of the dash the lights you can't see

It's not a bad vehicle but the dashboard layout for the controls the fan and everything else you can't see it it's the most distracting thing I've ever seen in my life I've almost wrecked several times already trying to see where the fan is and everything on it if I could at least the vehicle but if I could I take it back and get something else very bad design on that

The Drive Convenience functions are not very convenient at all.

The driver convenience functions do not work well and requires a service call to re-set or adjust the system. I bought my 2025 Tuscon new and I've had to bring it in for service 3 times already and I only have 1700 miles on it.

Consider taking a break

Don’t buy if you don’t want to be told by your vehicle you’re not paying attention to the road and turns off your cruise control. I can’t possibly stare at the road and surrounding traffic any harder unless of course the car stopped distracting me with alerts that I’m not paying attention to the road. If this was a feature I could turn off or at least adjust the sensitivity I would consider this a great car.

Transmission is bad. It's been three weeks since I drove my truck
