Mixed Feelings

My new Tucson HEV so far is getting 27 MPG, not the 36/38 advertised. It has a rattle yet TBD, and controls are not intuitive. Manuals are vague. You will go online to figure it out. Several times I went to pull out in traffic and there was very little power to do so. Still pretty new so trying to figure that out. I had to tromp hard on gas to get it going. Of several concerns, this is by far the biggest one. Will take back to dealer soon for evaluation.

We are very happy with the car. Dealing with the dealership was great, we have the car now for just little over a month and so far we have had no issues with the car. Its a fun car to drive and we get a lot more mileage per gallon

Love this car.

Loaded with safety and convenience features. Well built. Great warranty. Great gas mileage. I have 454 miles on my Tucson as of this review. I am getting 34 mpg, however, I live in a winter climate. It is safe to say that a cold climate will diminish you mpg because it will not go into EV mode until the engine reaches operating temperature. This is especially true when you are doing mostly short trips in the city. Based on my experience with my previous vehicle, which was a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid, I am very confidant that I will get between 44 and 49 mpg during warmer months.

When a car does what it is made to do it is a good car the wife and I took a 860 mile trip and it was very comfortable it was a pleasant trip much better than I thought it would be recommend it highly.

Excellent very useful fun to drive not overpriced

I am very nicely surprised by this my first hybrid . Very high tech but not overpriced . I really enjoy better acceleration than my Sonata I had and excellent AWD I already enjoyed in snow and other winter weather conditions .

Very good experience and Daniel Marcy was amazing to work with and very patient and helpful.. Also the guy that helped me in finance was great as well! I would definitely recommend them both and the dealership as well! The best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle!

I enjoy driving this car. I feel safe in this car. All function buttons are easy to find/use. The seating is comfortable. I love the heated seats. Wish I had the heated steering wheel. Miss the 360 camera in this model. It would be nice to have the outside mirrors to automatically fold in when not in use. Also, would like the outside mirrors adjust when backing up to see lines of parking space,

Expensive, quiet, smooth ride

Easy to drive, smooth and comfortable. It lacks what I consider basic features in the expensive convenience package. No memory seats, or lighted makeup mirror. Rear cupholders very small and will only hold a plastic water bottle. Mileage is way under what is advertised. I specified I was looking for a high mileage hybrid.

air bags failed and driver seatbelt did not work causing an injurywhen we were in an accident

Loved the car for the first 30 miles we owned ir but the air bags failed and driver seat belt did not work causing an injury when we were in an accident also the car was totaled and the Lease company did not refund all of the money due us

Love it!

Super comfortable to drive and ride in, awesome specs, and easy to navigate the vehicles settings and features. Lights are wonderful as well as interior functions of heated seats in front and back. The vehicle is nice and quiet from outside noise and love the design.

Nice Comfortable Outstanding Quality

Nice vehicle but service is crap!

Warranty service was two to three weeks out for three dealerships I called in two different states. What happens if I have a serious issue? I can’t go two weeks without a car waiting to see if they can fix it!

Does the job

The vehicle does the job, it is mid-size SUV with larger SUV feel to it. It drives nice, the battery gives you a good acceleration boost when needed and it does its job well. Only niggles are the in-vehicle NAV isn't very good and the button selection for gears makes me feel something will break there.

I enjoy the car-not a fan of the dealership

I enjoy the vehicle. It's a smooth ride and goes well on gas. My gripes are with the Bluelink app, the navigation, and the automatic start from the remote range. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5 star rating. On the reverse side, I had a horrible experience with McGrath City Hyundai 6750 W. Grand Ave. Chicago, IL 60707. So I would strongly suggest reading reviews and purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.

Excellent especially for the price

Visually interesting, might be too avante guard for some. Comfortable seating and cabin. Complicated controls but learnable. Voice can be used which is a help. Superb drivetrain. Ice/turbo/electric motor/transmission inerplay is smooth and seamless. Very nice acceleration. Good mileage, we get 34 mpg overall. Quiet and comfortable drive. Visibility a bit limited in rear corners but various warnings are helpful.
