Issues with first 400 miles, No problems after warranty service
The vehicle itself is fine, but my vehicle had issues with defective controllers that drained the battery, leaving me locked out of my vehicle at points. I will also say that working with Customer Affairs was largely uncoordinated but communicated reliably. Specifically, I could be assured that CA would reach out, or would provide their followup dates and times, which are great, but the information I was passed along from customer representatives to case managers to supervisor, some things were promised initially that were not explicitly stated in the policy, which was never passed to me. The supervisor was able to provide some things as goodwill.
