Almost perfect

This my second consecutive Santa Fe, and my first hybrid. Overall my experience has been good, it rides better than I expected with the low profile 20” wheels. The seats are nicely padded and the overall look of the interior draws plenty of compliments. My biggest, and hopefully not persistent complaint, is the fact that I’ve been stranded two different times on the Interstate. Complete loss of power, battery dropped to 1/4 charge or less, but no warning lights or CEL. After running the engine a 2k for 5-10 minutes, in can get up to 60 mph before running out of power again. But days I was able to exit and drive home on secondary city streets. Other than that, no other issues.

Great Vehicle Except Features Too Xomplicated

This is our second Santa Fe. We owned the first one for 9 years. Our new one is very stylish and has many bells and whistles that we would enjoy if we know how they worked. The owners manual is not helpful. The index is for the most part useless.

Poor Build Quality

Have spent ~10 days at service in 2 months of ownership. Continue to have build quality issues with excessing wind noise on one side of the car, rattles and poor fit issues in others.

This is the most advanced vehicle I've ever owned & I love it!

So far, I have only one issue. The blind spot light indicators on the side mirrors is difficult to see during the day as they are RED outlines. It is much easier to see SOLID YELLOW warnings on side mirrors.

Reliable fun and savy

This car has been truly enjoyable since the day I purchased it. I went into the dealer with a closed mind as I thought I wanted to buy another car. As soon as I test drove this car I fell in love and walked off the lot with it. This car has all my friends and family wanting one and are so impressed with all of the features from the 3D camera view to the vehicles self parking feature with the key to get in and out of tight spaces. This 3 row suv has been reliable and has truly surpassed all expectations.

Smart SUV

I have had this vehicle for over 4 months and still learning about all of its features. Is as comfortable as my Lexus SUV but gets 36 MPG in town. Plenty of pickup and the interior space is incredible. I have never had so much legroom and headroom in any vehicle that I have ever owned.

Its a good car, but the technology is TERRIBLE

I love how the car rides and drives, but the tech is nothing short of irritating. We specifically asked questions regarding the digital key and memory seats and were told it worked great, but that is a LIE! I'm short (5"4") and my husband is tall (6'6"), so memory seats are a bid deal to us. We get stuck in the rain having to manually move the seat because the car cannot figure it out. We have been to the dealer, called support, and no one can fix this issue. The car also struggles to know you have the digital key to start it. The only solution we have found is to get out, lock the car, unlock it, get back in and 2/3 times that will work. I love the size of the car, the comfort, the way it drives, the better gas mileage! Hyundai - just fix the tech!!!
