It has been fantastic so far.

The MPG are a little lower than we hoped but it has great power, rides smooth, very comfortable and we love all the cameras and accessories in the vehicle.

Disappointed

I like everything about it, but the only thing that bothers me is the noise it makes when i press the brake pedal. There is clearly a problem, but the dealer says it is normal. Maybe because the engine is a hybrid, there are a lot of noises inside the car.

Car is great! My growing teen and tween love the spacious back seat and captains seats. I love the changeable ambient lighting. Spacious like a mini van without being a mini van.

Passenger seat

We love the vehicle but as a person recovering from multiple spine surgeries, the passenger seat is not as comfortable as I was hoping. The captain seats in the rear are much better. We love the range. I don't like not having a USB charging port. What I lost in comfort; I gained in many other areas.

I love my new Hyundai Santa Fe, however....

I love my new Hyundai Santa Fe. I purchased it at the end of May 2025. However, after only owning it for a little over 60 days I was disappointed to discover that the driver's side seat motor seems to be having issues. It has suddenly gotten much louder when in operation and sounds as though it is struggling. I have a service appointment scheduled for 8/16 so I am hopeful it will be an easy fix. Not thrilled about needing to take my brand new vehicle in for a mechanical service call already.

The mystery is solved

The cartridge required by Lemonade insurance for mileage data collection cause major shut down of our car because it is incompatible when inserted in the Hyundai data port.

Highly satisfied

This is one of the highest trims of this model ( Calligraphy). Not as good on gas as my previous RAV-4 Hybrid, but still getting 29 to 30 MPG average. The interior design is extremely comfortable. The digital rear mirror is a plus. All the cameras around the vehicle make a great job. Was a bit hard to find the combination of colors that suits my needs, but now I got it. I can choose when to lock the AWD; it's not on all the time. Every passenger seats comfortably, even in the 3rd row.
