this is a very good car

Very smooth ride, good handling and excellent gas mileage for a big car. The electronics make it pretty complicated - not always intuitive controls. Still on the learning curve

My brand-new Hyundai Santa Fe started making a strange noise at just 700 miles. I’ve taken it to the service center multiple times—one tech even heard it, and I have over 15 videos documenting the problem. I left it for repair (and was given a beat-up old van as a “loaner”), only to be told that since they couldn’t hear the noise that day, they can’t fix it. This is unacceptable for a new vehicle, and I would never recommend buying one.

Amazing comfort at an affordable price

I love the comfort and reliability of my Santa Fe. This SUV has a spacious 3rd row that provides ample cargo space when put down. I appreciate the bells and whistles such as pulling in and out of tight spaces, thumb print ID and the heated seats are wonderful. I also love being able to customize the interior lighting color!

Upgrade from the 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid

I absolutely love everything about this model with one exception, I miss my full glass roof. I have the Calligraphy model and there is zero skimping on the upgrades to this one. I'm glad I upgraded to the newest model, for the room, comfort and style. This model has the captain chair for the back with lots of leg room.
