Hard to get used to

This is a very functional and comfortable truck. My one complaint is the way it changes gears..the engine revs, shifts, loses some power and then continues. Ive. been told by the dealer that this is a "smart" function and that since the truck has 8 gears is does it often...Its off putting but I am getting used to it.

Suspension could be beefier takes bumps and pot holes hard nice ride on highway sport mode is nice would also be nice if back window could go up and down and also has a weird pulling effect when you go into tight turns ..
