The vehicle is very nice but the engine keeps coming on while parked outside and the key don't start the car from the outside

I absolutely LOVE my Kona, but there are a few things I would change.

I absolutely LOVE my Kona and I am so happy that I bought it. There are only a couple of things I would change if I could. One would be the car paint. I know that water-based paint is less resilient than oil-based paint to chips and light scratches, but I already have a few little chips, even though I am so careful with my car. I also don't care for the small compartment under the arm rest. If that area was totally closed off instead of partially closed, I believe it would be more functional. Aside from those small little changes, I wouldn't change a thing. This is the first time I have ever purchased a new car and I am so happy I did. You make a fantastic product; I am a fan.

nice features but not reliable, terrible service

The car offer many nice interior features and the exterior looks very cool. But engine is quite slow/weak and not reliable. A couple of weeks after getting the new car, we had an incident where the car suddenly stopped responding. It responded again after repeated turning on and off for about 15 minutes. The worst part is, I called the service and was told to come in for repairment. I drove ~1 hour to the service place (where we bought the car) only to learn that they couldn't really help and won't even offer a loaner (meaning I had to drove back with the potentially malfunctioning car)!
