no after sale support

AFTER I bought the 6, i wrote john desalvo at matthews. i asked mr desalvo two simple questions. he never wrote me back. but, while i was in the process of buying it, they certainly made a point about getting 10’s on their survey. how important it was… THEN I called the hyundai help desk. I was transferred because the CSR didn’t have any knowledge of the warning I was getting. The “specialist” i was transferred to said she didn’t have any knowledge either. but she would transfer me. she did and i was disconnected. it amazes me that i can spend 50,000 and get worse after sale service than i would if i called the help desk for a video game… or a garden tool… or a computer tablet. i am giving the lowest rating for the vehicle. not accurate, but hyundai hasn’t earned my opinion

hyundai after sale support sucks

A great car with a few minor annoyances compared to its peers

The car is very nice, the range is amazing, but there are a series of annoyances about the car that keep it out of the 5 star rating. The "auto pilot" like feature set also leaves a lot to be desired still

Fairly good bang for your buck. Good buy with a few hiccups.

Good efficency, fast charging, solid drive with a few faults. Faults: Sound system is just awful. Sound balance is laughable from front to back, speaker quality is terrible and muddy. Par for the course for Bose. The lane assist huggs the right divider line to the point where its dangerously close to all other vehicles. Other than those two glaring problems, everything else is pretty solid. Not worth full asking price in the slightest, but used at $30k this is a great buy.

The Ionic 6 rides and drives like a Mercedes.

The ride is solid, firm but not harsh; no wobbles or jiggles, just a well built feel on all roads. The cabin is very comfortable once you are in it: you need to duck your head on entry, part of the price for that super low coefficient of drag. The car is mostly quiet on most roads so your conversation can be in normal tones. You might wish it were a hatchback, as we do, but the small entry to the trunk reaches enough space for most needs. Overall, the build quality is excellent and everything works as intended. Of course the car is smarter than you are and it will take a little time to learn this computer on wheels but you can do the basics in minutes and drive away. Energy consumption gives about 160 miles between 20% and 80% of the battery which is plenty for our everyday needs. The home level 2 charger is essential. We are happy with it.

Overall it is fabulous I really miss my camera 360 when parking especially parallel parking and could see . ( has a high country traverse) And the ability to have the car auto lock when you walk away with the keys Using the phone to lock and unlock and start the car has been nice but unlocking it is sometimes a challenge
