Excellent alternative to a Tesla Model 3

I had a Model 3 but could not support that company anymore. After doing a lot of research, the data was clear—the Ioniq 6 is the best alternative to the Tesla Model 3. Not only does it drive smoother and quieter than the Model 3, it is much roomier, has common-sense physical buttons and just looks more sleek and modern. A few things I would change with the Ioniq 6: the sound system on the SEL is very mediocre. I also hate that there's no walk-away locks or seat memory on the SEL either. One thing Tesla gets right is doing away with this ridiculous trim system. One car with all the same bells and whistles. There were no Limited trims available anywhere within 100 miles of my location so even if I wanted to pay for these extra features, I couldn't unless I wanted to special order and wait 6-8 weeks.

Awesome electric car

The Ionic 6 is a great electric car I have the SE AWD it handles great and has had great range and quick charging at a high speed charger. The only thing I don’t like is where the mirror adjustments are located hard to see

2025 Ioniq 6

This is my first Hyundai vehicle (though I have rented them when traveling) and it has been a wonderful experience thus far. The car drives well, is comfortable to drive and ride in, has some cool technology and charges super fast!!!

Wonderful 4-door EV sedan…excellent complement to our Ioniq5.

Our 2025 Ioniq6 Limited is a comfortable, quick-charging, excellent-range EV that replaced our Tesla Model 3. It is very quiet inside, handles well, with a very flexible and functional automatic sunroof with shade, and importantly has had no issues since acquisition over three months ago.

This car is the best modern sedan (and seriously underrated)

This beautiful machine will transport you to a world of acceleration and joy. You can imagine yourself as a middle manager in the 60's or 70's with immaculate nails and clearly sufficient wads of cash, cruising down the streets as a king of his world. Sit in the comfort of a vehicle that will make you feel like the world is ok - even if the world is burning and everything could come crashing down in the blink of an eye. Everything is fine in this car. You deserve a sedan that can bring you this serenity, nostalgia, and technological comfort, all the while not breaking the bank for an ironic luxury truck whose bed will never see anything more than a couple 2x4s.

Very comfortable and engaging to drive

I find the car has a great balance of comfort and driving engagement, the suspension gives a composed ride but feels confident around turns despite some body roll. The comfortable and practical interior is something that sold me, I appreciate the seat comfort and arm rest layout, the cabin controls are easy to use. Trunk space is one issue, it would be very nice if it were a true hatch instead of an enclosed trunk.

My first new car

This is my first new car and I couldn’t have asked for a better car. I was thinking about a Tesla but right now against anything related to Elon Musk and therefore I thought of a computer model three which is a Hyundai on X6 and I’m very pleased with all the features and luxury amenities.

Fun to drive.

I'm very happy so far. The car is sleek, efficient and fun to drive. It corners well and has plenty of pep. More than I need, actually. The battery has been good. I live in cold weather so it drops pretty significantly....down to around 240 fully charged. But as now with warmer weather I'm getting over 300 miles. (320 yesterday.) I find the climate controls a bit clunky....I'm constantly trying to figure out how to get what I want from them, especially heat. (Glad you improved the heat seat control.) The driver assistance warnings have been a but funky...sometimes (not often) when I'm at a light, they start sending warnings for car in front, car to the side, even when there is no movement around me.

Great Alternative to Tesla

I used to own a Tesla 3 until Elon showed his true colors. I quickly searched for an alternative and this was great. This car has some better features and really shows the mileage correctly. So the miles it says you have is very close to what you get. That is not what Tesla does. This car could have more storage space, but the roominess of the rear seats is better. I missed Apple Car Play and love having it again.

Great EV overall

This is a great EV overall and was the best vehicle for my needs with what is currently available in the US market. There are lots of great features--too many to specifically mention. I like the minimalist feel inside and the back of the car exterior. It's a smooth ride, fun to drive (in normal and sport modes primarily), and has a good range. Driving assist is great when it works, but often does not work, or shuts off with little warning and unpredictably. The EMF (electromagnetic frequencies) is VERY high in the cabin; there needs to be more EMF shielding around the battery and electronics. The Qi charger area gets very hot and does not cool down with AC on, especially in the summer. The back windshield needs a wiper blade. Blue Link is buggy and does not always work and needing a cellphone plan for the car to use it is ridiculous. Your privacy policies and data collection practices are TERRIBLE. There really should be solar panels on the car roof and body. Dealership gave me an itemized breakdown of the cost and put $500 for the paint job on there, as well as for the floor mats. Are we really at this point where you're charging us for paint and floor mats on a new car?

20 years as a BMW Driver and I Love my Ioniq 6!

My first EV is a Gem! I love my 2025 Ioniq 6. There are only 3 small issues I'd like to see in a future model: 1- Longer Range (only getting 225 miles per charge) 2- Bluelink should automatically try to reconnect if the car starts in a no signal zone (I carry a box of toothpicks in the car to reset the system every morning). 3- Wireless CarPlay! No more usb cable please.
