Hyundai is top quality & comfort combined with style & affordability

I have been a Happy Hyundai owner since 1991, Excel, Elantra, Sonata, Genesis Coupe and now another Elantra. I always like the style and reliability of Hyundai and was first sold on the 10 year warranty on the vehicles and noticed - every manufacture copied this as a standard-, Hyundai did it first! And the dealerships are wonderful, especially with all maintenance and minor repairs.

Car is great but windy noise coming from driver side is really annoy

Great car. Good fuel economy. Only problem windy noise coming from driver side which makes me uncomfortable and cabin noise is not silent. I went to the dealership they said its a cheap car. $26k is not cheap i believe

Passenger side of console is hideous

Whoever came up with the raised panel (handle) on the passenger side of the console should be fired! It looks ridiculous and has no function.

Solid small car

Overall, it does the job it was meant to do pretty well. Great gas mileage and pretty good in terms of comfort and appearance. Biggest downside is the poor drivetrain- engine makes a lot of noise/ vibrations and cvt transmission is poor at best most days.

A Realistic Review from a Repeat Customer

The Elantra is fair. I traded a 2011 Sonata for a 2025 Elantra. The Elantra has much more interior legroom now, so I can fit inside. However, the upgraded technology (i.e. dash panel) is not intuitive. There should be a welcome video to show you the basics so that you don't have to read the manual or search YouTube, especially given the computerized safety features.
