Luxury EV/Poor Corporate Customer Service

I purchased the GV 70 electrified almost four months ago. It is an excellent crossover SUV and has been reliable so far. It is very quiet and smooth and luxurious as well as being practical. My only criticism is the range, although I do better than the EPA estimate. There are a couple of small concerns for which I contacted Genesis customer service. The first was that the owner's manual had about 25 pages missing. Customer service refused to send out a corrected copy, with the only solution provided being a link to the on-line manual (which I already had). The second was a question about the complimentary charging adapter (for Tesla Superchargers). After purchasing the car, I was told by the tech support agent (Genesis Genius) at my dealership that I would be contacted about receiving one. When this didn't happen I looked on-line to see that the offer was only for cars purchased before January 31, 2025. Mine was purchased February 11. Since this policy made no sense to me, I e-mailed customer service five weeks ago and did not receive the courtesy of a reply. Three weeks ago, I sent a letter to Mark Del Rosso, President and CEO of Genesis Motor America and did receive a reply as well. It is quite surprising that Genesis Customer Service has not been helpful and even ignored an customer's inquiry. Maybe it shouldn't be when leadership seems to have the same attitude.

This car is incredible!

My third Genesis. After an ICE GV70 and a GV60, I am in my favorite Genesis, a GV70 Electrified! This car is amazing. The GV70 styling is fluid, appealing, above the crowd. The fit and finish are EXCELLENT, and the electric powertrain is AWESOME!

Great Car Overall, with some annoying drawbacks

The better a car is, the more the small flaws stand out. This car, like any, has a few flaws. In the grand scheme they are small and would likely go unnoticed in many cars. That said, the fact that the doors do not automatically lock is incredibly annoying to me.

The car is everything I expected and more.

I have the electric version of this car. I traded it in because I could not drive my Tesla anymore due to the political environment. This car is so much nicer has more comfort and is just as quick. I highly recommend.

For being a 2025, it shocks me that this car doesn’t have keyless entry, wireless Apple CarPlay, and USB-C charging ports! Other than that, my favorite car to date!

So far, this has been the best car I have owned!

I have owned many cars over the years. More recently, I have had a Mercedes GLS450, a Mercedes C300, a Lexus ES350, and two Lexus GXs. This 2025 GV70 EV is quieter, smoother, more luxurious, and, definitely much quicker than any of those cars. It is truly a pleasure to drive and I look forward to it every day!

Excellent midsize SUV

Quick in the city, silent on the freeways. Easy to charge at home. Size is very convenient for city driving and parking, and for narrow mountain roads. I like the easy set up screen. Some bugs: Would like the cursor to be brighter on the screen to make it easier to see. The automatic brightness setting is too dark at night.
