Satisfied Original Owner

My car has no options. None. Manual air conditioning (no interior thermostat settings) standard SYNC, cloth manual seats, manual cruise, no rearview camera, 4.5 liter 4, with six-speed automatic. In 12 years the car has only required a new cooling system thermostat, a new fitting for the cooling system, and adjustment of the electric emergency brake. A Ford dealer messed around with the car during a routine oil change and air filter replacement. Highway gas mileage instantly dropped from 38 to 34. Dealer's error has never been fully diagnosed or fixed. Always a smooth ride with excellent cornering. The standard engine is a little boring, but adequate. Vision out of the rear window isn't great for parking or backing up. Remember, it has no camera. Trunk space is very good and the folding down rear seats have been very useful.

Amazing car

I bought this car new, it has every bell and whistle and was still affordable. We’ve put over 326k miles on it and it is still going strong. It’s beautiful and comfortable, has so much power and is fun to drive.

FORD--Fix or Repair Daily

Ford engineers "slipped a cog" on the 1.6 L Turbo engine design. This engine and others in the Eco Boost series have a flaw in design that allows coolant to leak into the cylinder, ruining the engine. This car, a 2013 SE model has this problem. Fortunately, more auto shops are finding ways to alleviate this problem, whether with a good used or new replacement engine. Buy at your own risk, but BUY an after-market Warranty for this model.

Great car!

My Fusion is 10 years old - I've had it for 8 years - and I've never had a problem. I've taken several long trips with no worries. I get 40 mpg on the highway, and I have no plans to replace her anytime soon!

Ford Fusion

After 100,000 miles the water pump and timing belt go in the car I need to be replaced along with the serpentine belt transmission does not shift properly and goes out after 150,000 miles has issues with front end I would not recommend this car to anybody

Not worth it

I’ve had nothing but issues since I drove my 2013 Ford Fusion off the lot. It looks nice & has good features, but when you can never drive your car because of mechanical issues…it’s not worth it. It’s all electric too, so if your car dies, it’s a pain to get inside.

Great car

I love it. Requires very little servicing. Has only been in for a computer issue once. Otherwise regular maintenance for oil change, tire rotation brake check. Although the color is black, which is pretty, it does show the dirt more than my previous light colored car.

2013 Fusion Hybrid

This has been a fine car ever since I bought it new. I haven’t had any problems with it. It handles well and even even the back seat is comfortable on long trips! It has plenty of pickup while getting 36 mpg in Chicago winters and 38 in summer! If I bought another I would get it with leather interior for better wear.

It is not a consumer friendly car.

it had multiple recall issues when I first got it. It broke down by the side of the road which in 90 day's of the purchase. This has to be the worst car Ford has made. I will not be recommending a Ford car to anyone thats a friend.

It’s a decent car

There are things I love about it and things I don’t really like about it also. I’m okay with the fact that I have it, but sometimes I wish I would have known more before I got it, some of the things I didn’t find until driving it more.

Great car

Well made, reliable, and fun to drive. The only negative is the gas mileage. I only get around 28mpg highway with the 2.0 ecoboost still a blast to drive and no mechanical issues after 140k miles. Highly recommended.

My 2013 Fusion

Great second car that has turned into our primary car. Nice styling, easy to drive, quite comfortable. Not bad on a long (over 2 hours) drive. We got it used and were unable to get the door code without paying a hefty price. We got a great deal on the car.

Will always buy a fusion

I’ve owned two, one was my first, a beaten up high mileage ‘08 fusion, which I still have and is still reliable and has no issues. My ‘13 is also extremely reliable and I love everything about this car. From mpg, to looks and design, to all the features it has, I don’t think I could get another car unless I ever needed a truck for any reason. Even my non electric hybrid ‘08 has plenty of space to pack stuff in and move around.

Love my Fusion

I enjoy driving my Fusion. It might not be roomy enough for someone with longer legs, but it fits me just fine. I like the body style and mine is one of the prettiest cars in town. The color Bordeaux is SO pretty.

Always wanted the Fusion since it came out. Not disappointed now that I have one. I like the style, the handling, the features. I like the design inside as well as out. It has the power to merge into highway traffic easily. But it lags a little switching from reverse to drive.
