Love my Pacifica

I love my Pacifica. Very nice riding, comfortable, stylish, and most importantly, reliable vehicle. Owned for 7 years and 85,000 miles. Just changed brakes for the first time and owned since 11,000 miles. When I upgrade it will be another Pacifica with AWD this time. So far, just snow tires in winter months have been sufficient.

Lemon year....2017

Avoid this vehicle. I love all the bells and whistles...they do that well. But the engine cylinder head (we discovered) was already replaced at 8200 miles by first owner. At 87000 those engine parts failed again! Chrysler should have recalled all those crappy vehicles due the the high temps that melt the internal parts in cylinder #5 . I long for the old Town and Country. Very unhappy with this Pacifica!!!!

Front end work

This car is full plastic up front, just wanted to replace headlights that were not working. CHRYSLER PACIFICA 2017 offers I think it was 6 different headlight assemblies for this car. My garage was GREAT, but to make a long story short, ordering by vin number and researching these headlight we were sent lights that would not connect to the wire harness 2 different times. NO REASON FOR ONE YEAR MODEL TO HAVE 6 HEADLIGHT OPTIONS. Totally Ridiculous!!!!!

? lemon

I try to see the bright side on some things, but this vehicle is as close to a lemon as I hope to ever experience. The bad luck started with a horrible purchase experience 5 years ago but that's not the vehicle's fault. We haven't made it to 60k miles and we've had it in the shop multiple times for recalls and unexpected needs. We've had to replace both batteries (yes, there are two) without having done anything stupid like leaving lights on to drain them. The automatic doors never close on the first try, and they freeze shut really easily in the winter. I know that's a prob with lots of minivans but this one is worse than other ones we've owned. The transmission jerks at a slow speed when accelerating from a stop enough to think you've been rear ended. I do like lots of things about the interior design, but overall we're going to trade this in for something else as soon we find the right replacement.

2017 pacifica

I honestly loved the touring and that’s why I went with a Pacifica this round. The front sits so low that it feels like it’s always scraping the ground on bumps, etc.. the back passenger windows are hard to see out of from the front when turning to back up or look out. I’ve had some engine issues (new coil, hard shifting) and this will not be my next vehicle!

Great Minivan⁸

I bought my Pacifica used about a year ago and I am very happy with its ride and options. I chose it because it is one of the few vehicles (if not the only one) with an 8 way passenger power seat. This makes it very convenient for my wife.

Couldn’t be more pleased

I’ve owned my 2017 chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus since December of 2017. At 90,000, it runs like a dream. Great to haul people and stuff. Super roomy. Very comfortable ride. 30 mpg on the highway.

Dependable, roomy, good mileage

I bought it new 114k ago and have had only very minor issues. It is easy to drive, room for a double bed, and carry our bike inside. The mileage is excellent with regularly over 30 mpg on the road. It is on it's original breaks after all those miles. A very comfortable seat that is hard to find because of my body issues. Like how back four seat fold under floor.0

I never wanted a min-van but this one changed my mind!

This vehicle just about drives itself. There are a lot of great safety features that make my drive better. The look from the drivers seat is clean, sleek and well organized. Everything needed can be reached without looking.

THE PACIFICA BEING A LARGE VEHICLE WILL FOOL YOU WHEN YOU GET BEHIND THE WHEEL. ACCELERATION IS WONDERFUL, HANDLEING IS GREAT AND SHE CAN HOLD HER OWN ON THE HIGHWAY. THE PACIFICA IS FAR ABOVE BEING THE " SOCCER MOM TRANSPORT THE KIDS AROUND TOWN CAR." WHILE DRIVING THE ONE THING THAT COMES TO MIND IS, MOPAR-MOPAR-MOPAR IS ALIVE AND WELL.

Disappointed

All the bells and whistles in a very comfortable vehicle. Ongoing problems with electronics, e.g. windows, doors, transmission jerk. A battery life indicator would be helpful instead of electronics going haywire.

I was very please that Mike took the time necessary to look over this car I was buying and in fact did buy! He pointed out several items to be addressed by the dealer, which has been presented to the dealer and they are going to fix them. Had it NOT been for Mike's keen eye and a great explanation of the necessary repairs, I would have purchased the vehicle without knowing the issues! Very Thankful Again!

Three years owned...just OK

Husband loves it. Me...so-so...it’s a darn van .. big and bulky. Requires space to park. Comfortable for long distance travel, occasional delays with the starting mechanism which is a concern, gas mileage 24+ on interstates. I would not purchase again but husband would because he “can fit a sheet of plywood in the back when the seats are down”.
