I had a 1990 Buick Regal, new from dealership, and as it approached 17 years, it started to "Nickle" and "dime" me to death, the engine went out first then three months later the trans went out, while my trans was being repaired, I went to a Chevy dealership and test drove my certified Malibu with low mileage on the car (I can't remember the exact mileage) and in 17 years the only major repair has been a rusted gas tank; I'm very satisfied with my Malibu.

Just a great car

One of the best cars I've ever had. I bought it used with 7000 miles on it, and now have 125,000 on it. Its been a great car . I'm sorry that GM decided to stop making it. I have the Malibu Max ltz and use it for towing behind my motor home.

2007 Chevy Malibu Maxx

We bought this car in a pinch when we needed a car and didn’t have much money on hand. It is not the prettiest car but the seats fold down flat allowing us to haul and move so many things. We are at almost 150,000 miles with very few mechanical issues. Replacement tires size is cheap. There is a ton of room for adults to sit in the back seat without their knees being in the back of the front seat. Seems silly but we love this little car.

I love my Malibu. I wish I could afford a newer model but I am a widow on a fixed income and the 2007 has been the most dependable care I have ever owned. Maybe one day when my ship comes in I can get a newer model.

Best Car on the Road

My Malibu is 10 years old and still going strong. It is roomy and peppy. It was a special gift from my husband. Hope to have it until I'm gone. It has a few dents here and there but nothing to hinder it's performance. And it's paid for.

Trusty family car

Have had this vehicle for seven years, driving country roads, on the freeway and in the city. We've hit a deer, slid into a guard rail and have fit three car seats in the back and countless loads of groceries and it's still reliable. We've had it in extreme cold weather and hot weather. It shakes and makes some noises, the air conditioning has been temperamental and the button to lock all the doors at the same time is starting to go, sometimes the CD player won't identity the CD so it won't play it, but I love how reliable it's been and that we've made it work for our family.

Nice Car

Drives nice and looks like a classy car. Never had any problems with it. Very dependable, esp. in the winter and starts right up, even below zero temp. It seems to hold up, even with all the miles I put on it. Nice features too. A little too high priced for a used vehicle but I am glad I have gotten it as it is a good all around vehicle.
