I've had the absolute best customer service from this establishment. Initial visit was for an oil cha
nge and an issue was uncovered when they did an overall check of my vehicle. An estimate was requested and provided same day-straight up information and no upselling to be had. It took me a couple of weeks to schedule the necessary repair (that was on my end, not theirs) and from contactless drop off to in-person pick up of the vehicle I could not be more satisfied. The work was done as promised (and actually ahead of schedule) and I even received an after-service text, inquiring if everything was performing as expected. New in town and needed trans (727) rebuilt on my 1968 Plymouth. The research showed that these guys w
ere good and they were. 100% rebuild with converter as well at a price that surprised me. Tranny works great (I actually saw the guts as they tore it apart, it was toast) and they included a 2 year warranty. I question the guy who wrote that they told him his 'Warranty" was up after 5 months?????????????
I believe these guys can be trusted. Oh yea, they finished it in 2 days as promised.

Del-Trans is a well known establishment. I have been dealing with them off and on for over 40 years.
Dealt with Ed Lee originally and moved on from there. Just recently had a transmission replacement on one of our Fleet vehicles and all went exactly as it should and as was told. One small addition to estimate and that was an exhaust clamp that broke during dismantling. Teresa is a sweetheart, all staff is complimentary and professional. Still resembles the "OLD MOM AND POP" style business but up to par with technology. Very satisfied. Many stories I could tell about this establishment but not enough time or room. Good Job Team !
