Neil is by far one of the best mechanics I’ve encountered since I started driving at 16- I’m 50 now and For the past 10 years I feel Neil at east bay offers the best my money can buy, I am never oversold, Neil charges a fair wage for the service he provides! And I feel like I’m treated like a valued customer and a freind.

Valvoline on west league city pkwy did not drain my wife’s old oil on her volvo and added the new oil
on top (double the amount of oil). Car started malfunctioning half a block away from valvoline. Car was towed to Car City. They immediately discovered the issue (valvoline is notorious for this apparently). Pressure and seals were good. No leaks as of yet. Take your car to car city and not valvoline.
