We brought my sons car in because it was having trouble starting. We were told by Travis that they wo
uld do a thorough inspection and let us know what needed to be fixed. I was called the next day by Travis and told that the positive battery cable clamp was loose and they tightened it. This cost us $130.38. Travis recommended we also get the engine air filter, cabin air filter, windshield wipers, and license plate bulb replaced for an additional$235.00(I can't remember the exact cents). I am so glad that I found out on my first visit that Real Tech is a complete scam shop. $130.38 to tighten a clamp.....now I know why they can afford to send out such fancy mail flyers to get more business. If they would have tightened the clamp and not charged me I would have come back with all 4 cars....NOT happening now!!

ony is the new owner and my experience was great this time as well ! I called Tony monday morning at 8am . I explained to Tony what issues i was having with my truck. Tony was prompt and told me to bring my truck in. Within two hours my truck was fixed and running like! Tony knows what he is doing and I was pleased with the service provided. I will be coming for sure!

Relieved to find a new competent and trustworthy shop for my Sprinter van
After the shop I used for twenty years was sold, I was worried about finding any business close to me
asuring up. in addition to consistently using excellent technicians, the owner never recommended work that wasn’t truly necessary. He was honest. The relatively higher prices never phased me. If anything, they gave me more confidence of a business that treated its employees well.
My first experience with Auto Truck and RV could not have gone any better. An issue with my brakes was recommended to be put off until later because the pads were still in good shape and it was safe to do so. Similarly, the issue on whether or not to repair the cracked tail light for my backup lights was explained so that I could easily decide what to do. Pricing was given up front. Yes, their rates are healthy. I had a laundry list of minor repairs. Every one was taken care of with perfection. For people who want a repair shop that shoots straight, you can’t beat ‘em. I’ll be going back.

of service :) We have been extremely satisfied with every interaction we have had with Poulsbo RV in Kent....whether the sales or the service department. They are respectful; very responsive; very helpful and certainly help us feel much happier owning an RV....service is so important when you're driving a "computer" and you know someone "has your back". While traveling through Las Vegas many miles from home our RV transmission locked up. We were a bit n
ervous about getting repairs hundreds of miles from home . The road service technician recommended Sin City Truck & Trailer Repair. We are so glad they did.
While the repair was expensive I feel it was reasonable.
The work was done in a timely manner and the price quote was accurate.
I do not plan to go back there but any service or repairs needed when we are close by will go to this shop.

Big shot out to Poulsbo RV Everett, especially Deanna and her team! They serviced our RV with a quick
turn around time and were EXTREMELY accommodating to our schedule. We did not purchase our rig from them but they treated us like family. We will not hesitate to use their services again.
