Hany The Egyptian Guy are a great team. I was met with a smile and they both worked diligently to be sure I received my request. Hany searched high and low with a smile to find the vehicle of my choice (unable to find, was not an option). Every request was looked into and most, if not all was provided, again, with a smile. Plan to spend a little :) time to be sure to leave with what you came in for. I left Woburn Toyota with the car of my choice and a deal i was happy with. Hany is a great asset to Woburn Toyota and Wally is his backbone. The staff are all pleasant and ready to assist. I highly recommend Woburn Toyota.
The Dealership itself is beautiful including a great little restaurant upstairs in the service waiting area.... Crossroads Cafe offering a variety of meals from breakfast items, including Lattes, specialty coffees to salads and sandwiches and my favorite Ahi tuna salad or wrap. Matt is very accommodating.

We were so pleased with the service we received in replacing 2 house batteries in our motor home. Th
e manager, Pete, took time to explain what was needed and when we told him we were living on the vehicle, he assured us that he could come to Ft Meade campground and provide service on site. He did just that one day after we met with him at their facility. We sincerely appreciated his pleasant manner and willingness to go beyond our expectations.

s and maintaining oil changes and each time I visit here I am treated with respect and kindness. I really appreciate them taking the time to explain what my car needs in terms that I can understand:) Will Definitely continue to take my car to Rafael and his AWESOME staff at AES!
