Honest like always
How often do you have the shop tech bring in your air filter to let you know that it actually looks pretty good and should be good for a while? Or how about knowing that you need brakes, make an appointment to replace brake pads and rotors on all four, and have them tell you that you only need the front brakes because the rear brakes are still over 50%?
That is not normal. They thrive on honesty and repeat business. I moved 25 miles away and still get everything done by Zigs.
