bad attention!!!
Apparently in this business if you don't have blonde hair and you flirt with the dispatcher they will never attend you. Today, I arrived at the workshop for a mechanical problem, I had previously called and they told me that they could assist me. When the dispatcher arrived, he told me to get my car off the tow truck that attended to me right away. I entered the store to give him my information and leave him the keys but the dispatcher was attending a young lady and they spent more than 20 minutes talking very comfortably. I wanted to solve my problem quickly but not see how two people met in front of me and also pay for it !!! Something that also seemed very strange to me is that the workshop employees worked resting for several minutes and rested for many more. I don't even recommend it for an oil change. Your money and your time are priceless !!!
