When Expert Car Care replaced an engine in my vehicle 2/24/20, the vehicle broke down on me two miles after I drove it off its lot. The owner Tony had the it towed back to the facility to find out there was a fuel transmission part not connected to the engine so they took this part off my old engine. However, two months later the vehicle is shutting down on me and the owner is telling me the damage is my fault that the oil's dip stick was cracked and there was no oil in the car telling me I hit a pot hole however, upon inspecting underneath the vehicle there was no indication of scratches and/or any other damage to the truck that even shows I hit a pot hole now not to mention I haven't even used many mile since driving it off the lot due to the Stay at Home Order. Tony is telling me it is my fault and the engine is no longer under warranty and if I wanted him to look at it I would have to pay for it when I pretty much just paid 4,222.94 for this engine. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AND/OR ITS THE PEOPLE WORKING ON YOUR CAR THEY ARE NOT HONORABLE.

Rachel said the staff did not do the entire job during her initial visit. She said she took the vehicle back and they completed the job.
Ryan said they were amazing, they worked around his work schedule, staff came and picked up the vehicle for him and it actually was a very, very good experience with this business.
Katrea said she took her vehicle to this business to have a problem diagnosed. She was charged $290. The vehicle was returned because it was still overheating. Tony ran another diagnostic test. He stated it was the water pump. She paid them $320 for a new water pump. The vehicle is still overheating. They also put the wrong color antifreeze in the vehicle. She is very unsatisfied, and would like a call from the manager, as soon as possible. She has requested a $110 refund to have the diagnostic run by Chevy.
