Top shelf customer service!
This is my third European vehicle I've had serviced or repaired with this company. I've never had a negative experience to this date. They communicate completely. They don't do any work until you've said it's okay. They clearly explain their prices ahead of time. I haven't had a misdiagnosis yet. I plan to continue doing business with this company. Extremely friendly staff as well.

I ave brought my cars to Wirsters since I bought my first Mercedes years ago. This last visit I needed to get home and they worked very hard and got me out on time to make it home 1 1/2 hours away.
