2016 Chevy traverse
The traverse was brought in for routine servicing and to have the ac checked and the charging system checked. As usual Mr. Williams staff was courteous and professional, from the receptionist to the technicians that worked on the vehicle. The work was thorough and completed in a timely manner. The technician informed me of all that was done and of what needs to be done at the next servicing.
As stated earlier Mr. Williams and his staff run a professionally shop with a friendly atmosphere.

Vince said they do outstanding work. They make him feel like he's important and they address the questions he has. He said they try to get the vehicle back to him soon, they don't rob him like some people. Vince said he needed a headlight changed, he went to a competitor and they charge $500. When he went to the business, they only charged him $300.

Williams Auto is the place to go to have your car work on. They are reliable, dependable and they actually fix your vehicle the first time. The owner is pleasantly nice and friendly and helpful really care about his customers.

2007 Saturn Ion Servicing
I had my 2007 Saturn Ion in for a routine servicing. As usual the staff from the receptionist to the service technicians were very professional and efficient. The wait time from check in to check out was minimal. I was very pleased with the work done and the time it took to complete the job. The service technician went over his findings before I left. Mr. Williams provided me with information on an issue that we are having with another vehicle we own. I will be bringing that vehicle to Williams Auto and Truck Repair when it is available for a follow up consultation.
