Horrible customer service!
I don’t know for sure who the hefty guy with the beard was (mid 40’s) but my step dad recommended me to take my impala here that they were nice Christian people I could trust so my husband and I get there about 8:00am on June 11 2020 and I explained my car was broke down and everything wrong and he acted like he didn’t even care! His response was OK OK OK OK to everything I said! so we walked out I was in tears just by the rudeness and I will NEVER be back, by the way my husband and I had to walk 5 miles in the heat to get back to my car. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! took it somewhere else and 650$ later it’s fixed!

Highly skilled mechanics repairing your vehicle correctly in a timely manner and at a fair price - Highly Recommend
I took my car in for a "check engine light" - Mr. Tickle diagnosed the problem, they had a new part delivered to their shop, made the repair and had me on my way in a couple of hours. Absolutely the nicest people I have dealt with in a long time.

Something has changed :(
Not sure what has changed here but something has. I have used them for years and LOVED them, but today was a big disappointment and I won't be going back. Had a 10:00 appointment and at 10:20 was told I needed to leave it because they weren't going to get to it for a while. 1st of all, how do you leave a car, just walk away? And secondly why did I bother to make an appointment? Maybe THE Mr. Tickle retired and whoever took over could care less about long time customers? Who knows, won't be back

Peggy said she has always had good service given by the facility. She had a part installed on the vehicle and there is still a problem with it. She has spoken with the facility and is returning the vehicle next Thursday. They plan to resolve the issue at no charge to her.

David said he explained to everyone what was going on with his vehicle. He told them the check engine light came on. They kept his vehicle for three days. They did not explain why the check engine light had come on. They reset the computer. Before he left the driveway, the light came back on so he asked them why. They told him that aftermarket parts had previously been put on. He needed manufactured parts. He is going to wait and see.
