Verified CustomerVehicle was brought in with a check engine light on, customer was advised that retrieving codes would be free of charge but diagnosing codes would incur a diagnosis fee.
Codes scan revealed:
P00C7 Intake air pressure fault
P0401 EGR flow fault
P06DE engine oil pressure fault
Oil level was checked finding no oil on engine dipstick, oil was addend to engine crankcase (using recommend synthetic blend 5w20, per manufacturer specification) to bring engine oil level to safe operating level, codes were then cleared and vehicle was test driven twice while monitoring scanner data output PID’s with no abnormalities observed and no codes returned. Customer then approved oil change and oil change was performed using manufacture specified 5w20 synthetic blend oil.
If codes have returned Whitman's auto care would perform a diagnostic, free of charge, for any of the engine diagnostic codes retrieved from the initial code scan performed on 1/9/2026
