WoW!! I really wish I would have Google the reviews on this place. What a joke!! The first time I took my truck in to because it's doing like a jerking/hesitation thing upon acceleration. Westside performed a diagnosis and said the problem was an Exhaust Valve Accretor blah blah. $1400 was quoted. I took the day off just to dropped the truck off early that morning to get fixed. Yes, I had an appointment. By the time anyone got back with me with the diagnosis and solution, it was after 3pm!! I went all day w/o a vehicle. A single mother with two kids and one vehicle, this was very inconveniencing. They wanted me to leave the truck over the weekend because by that time, a mechanic wasn't able to get to my truck. WTH!! Absolutely not! They didn't even offer a loaner for the weekend. Had they offered, I would have agreed. Two weeks later, I took it in on a Monday. They kept the truck all day, worked on it but still I got in back before 5pm. Ok. No problem. The final price was even cheaper than what was originally quote...ok COOL! When I was driving home I noticed the problem still was there. I thought well maybe it needed a while to work out the kinks. A month later, the kinks didn't workout and the problem still exist! Like what do I do now. Although the final price of the repairs was cheaper, it was still over $1k which doesn't come easy. I will be contacting them for a solution. This is not ok. I bet it's what me and my ex husband figured all long, that it needs spark plugs replace. Which is another $1k that I now don't have. I hope these reviews will help the next person. I wished I would have read these comments before taking my truck there and out of $1100!!
