Excellent Service Provider - They Stand By Their Work
On March 4, Screen went black and radio, blue tooth, and main electronic components could not be accessed on my 2019 Toyota RAV4. On March 5, I returned to Iron Trail Toyota, the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from new in 2019. After a 3+ hour diagnostic, which cost $210.55, the service manager at Iron Trail reported that a complete replacement of the electronic components would be necessary at a cost of $4,976.53! I was shocked and decided to return to Wayne's Automotive, with whom I am a regular customer, and see if they could help. I spoke to Rick, the Manager there, and provided him with a copy of Iron Trail's diagnosis. In less than an hour, Rick returned, stating that the problem was fixed, after he had done some research of his own, he was able to reset the electornics. EVERYTHING is working perfectly now. I would highly recommend Wayne's Automotive for your service needs. They certainly go the extra mile. I am a very happy cutomer!
