Fast and customer focused
The guys at Waterloo Automotive helped me figure out what to get repaired now, based on my budget, and what I could save up for down the road. They worked with me on the payment and made me feel like they appreciate me as a loyal customer. They don't charge me for work if they feel unable to do it for whatever reason
