Great customer service & repair work!!
I have been taking my vehicles to W & W Automotive (Mark in particular) for almost 15 yrs. He has worked on all of my vehicles (7 in total), & even advised me on what vehicles to purchase or NOT to purchase when I was ready for a new one. They aren't in it just for the money. Mark & Kelly actually care about the needs of their customers. As a single woman, it is difficult for me to be without my vehicle for long, so Kelly has even dropped me off at work, when I've brought my car in...& Mark always makes getting my car back to me asap a priority. I don't think they realize what a rare thing it is to find not only a great mechanic, with reasonable rates, but the amazing customer service they provide too!

Service good but provide your own parts.
I’ve used him and recommended him to several people but the wholesale parts place he uses rips off his customers period. They mark up the parts 40-200% !! Do your research on parts before you have service done otherwise. I don’t have a problem with him but my son getting charged for a part that should cost 215 and charging him 600.00 is crazy. the same part was at a retail auto parts place that this wholesaler sells to both places and it’s 400.00 dollars cheaper.I believe he should know better that his customers are getting ripped off period, 200% markups are ridiculous. I don’t think he is aware of the gross incompetence of the over priced parts, but if he is shame on him. And yes the parts numbers and brand were the same thing. I don’t think you need to pay 200% markup’s for him to guarantee work or the part.

OUTSTANDING!!!!
I was referred to Mark (owner/ mechanic) buy another car service. Called, discussed my problem with him and he set up an appointment.
He asked me some questions and they brought my vehicle in right on time.
In less than an hour later, the problem was solved, for a very reasonable fee. The car dealership where I take my vehicle for servicing told me a list of issues and suggested a totally different “fix” which was totally NOT NECESSARY!!! Guess they thought I was just an uninformed female!

Mark is as honest as they come, and Kelly is a jewel, kind and personable. The people who use them know this, and there are many. They make you feel like family and take care of your vehicle as if you are.
W and W Automotive is an excellent place to have work don on your vehicle. The mechanic was honest friendly and reliable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me options on ways to proceed. In my opinion Mark is the Automotive Doctor. Usually you can just tell him what the car is doing or sound it is making and he can tell you what is wrong. They have always been Honest, trustworthyand professional. Very happy with my service!! Thank you Mark and Ms Kelly.
I wish I would have found this place sooner. He explained everything to me in detail and also did further diagnostics to make sure he was accurate and that he didn’t replace parts that didn’t need replacing. What a great guy Mark is. You find few people like this in life and when you do, you cherish them.
Fixed the AC in our car. Mark was super knowledgeable and very honest. Prices were very fair. They had great customer service and I will take any of my cars to them in the future.
