Done with dealer nonsense
Dave and his crew are reliable and honest. They tell you what needs to be done and what can wait . They charge a reasonable rate for the work provided and fix it right the first time. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. You can’t trust them.

Overall it was a good experience
Village European was the only shop I could find that was willing to look at an older Mercedes to figure out what the issue was with the transmission. Replaced transmission. Car has been running well since. Second visit was routine maintenance which I found a bit pricey.

Very Professional
I have an older Volvo. The guys at Village European always look it over carefully and communicate what needs to be fixed and what might need to be addressed soon. They do not cut corners, are extremely knowledgeable, and do excellent work.

Not happy
I brought my convertible Boxster in to fix a problem with the window motor. it was fixed, but since it is a convertible, the window is supposed to lower slightly when the door is opened and raise slightly to seal itself when the door is closed. They could not get it working and lined up correctly after 3 attempts. I will not go back there again.

Simply the Best for European Service
I have been having my Mercedes Benz cars maintained by Dave and company since 1994. Their work is fantastic and their pricing is fair. Absolutely the BEST in servicing Mercedes and Audi automobiles!

Repair
Diligently disassembled the wheel base until they discovered a fractured bolt which had shattered the assembly, causing the relatively subtle noise (sounded like a flat tire, but there was none). Prevented a potentially catastrophic collapse of the carriage.

Excellent Knowledge and Workmanship
Knowledgeable Expertise. I have a 1988 Mercedes and the workmanship and knowledge with these cars is excellent. I've also brought my truck and Audi for maintenance and repair and have been very happy with the service and timeliness of their work
