Expert diagnosis and repair
The shifter became disconnected from the transmission for some reason. Very quickly VAC motorsports figured out the problem and made the repair. Communication was excellent. There were never any surprises.
They also notified me right away when they moved the car into their facility from the customer drop off lot.

No nonsense honest work.
The guys at VAC have seen it all when it comes to BMWs. If they can’t answer your questions, they either know somebody who does or any regular that walks in probably been there done that. Plus there parking lot is practically a BMW museum with all types of builds.

VAC Motorsports - great experience!
I can’t say enough good things about VAC Motorsports. I had my car inspected, oil change and new wiper blade inserts installed. Dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up that evening!

Last year I was referred to their shop because my 15 year old BMW 3 series was sick.
After assessment and installing new parts (spark plugs, coils, etc) it was running again.
3 hours later, my car wouldn’t start again so it went back to the shop.
This time it was there for a while, it needed a new fuel tank.
John and Richie (and other behind the scenes at VAC Motorsports) worked with the dealership and had my car towed to there for a new gas tank. The fuel system was covered under a federal law and installed free of charge.
I’ve had no issues since then (phew).

I will always use VAC Motorsports for my maintenance needs as long as I have this car because they’re honest, do great work and know how to work well with their partners in the auto industry (BMW dealership).

These gentlemen treated me with the most outstanding service. My car was done the same day just to mention BMW dealership was charging me 6614 for a sway bar. These guys only charge me 240 for the same job kudos go out to them amazing service.

Knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy
First, I took my car to BMW because I live in the suburbs and it was close. They charge $250 and then told me that I had $15,000 in repairs.

I have 35,000 miles on this vehicle so definitely needed a second opinion. I brought it to VAC told him what BMW told me and they just took over. After dropping it multiple times they were able to determine that replacing the front two tires would be a great first step to see if it fixed the problem because of their significant experience and direct experience with this vehicle. They were right thousand dollars later, BMW is fixed. Not only that they were a true pleasure to work with don’t take your BMW anywhere else.
