Spoke with Corene. She said it's always easy to make an appointment at this business.
Graham said his vehicle was supposed to take 1 and a half hours but it took 3 because one of their machines were broken. He doesn't blame them for the delay.
Laura said this business provided her with good customer service and the personnel were all friendly. She enjoyed working with Jake. She will have to take the vehicle back because they had some problems repairing it. However, it is a very new vehicle so it's not their fault.
Nina said she arrived at this business around 7:30 am to drop her vehicle off because she had to be at work at 8 am. There was no place to put her keys and there wasn't an employee there to accept her vehicle. She said there was a miscommunication with the drop-off time. Other than that, the service was great.
