Maria said they installed a device on her vehicle but they didn't check her vehicle before installment, so the wiring was inaccurate and it caused her to be locked out of her vehicle for a week and a half. She is not sure if this issue is due to the business installing the device incorrectly. She added that an employee said they will no longer provide this service after working with her.
